Access to pkesy is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Age verification is mandatory before real-money play commences. Accounts found to belong to under-age players will be closed immediately and any balance handled in accordance with clause 3 of these Terms.
All pkesy accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and recorded in PKR. pkesy accepts no liability for any losses arising from currency conversion performed by third-party payment processors outside the pkesy platform.
All promotional bonuses credited to a pkesy account are subject to wagering requirements, which are stated explicitly in the relevant promotional terms at the time of offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
Each player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their pkesy login credentials. pkesy will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials is deemed authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally performed that activity.
pkesy strictly prohibits bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting strategies intended to exploit promotional offers, and any form of fraud or money laundering. Accounts found to be engaged in any prohibited activity will be suspended immediately and funds may be withheld pending investigation.
pkesy provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools to every account holder. Use of these tools does not constitute a waiver of these Terms. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using the pkesy platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pkesy platform and close your account.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with pkesy's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between pkesy and the Player with respect to use of the Platform.
2.2 Acceptance of these Terms occurs automatically upon: (a) completion of the pkesy registration process; (b) making a first deposit to an Account; (c) placing any Wager on the Platform; or (d) accessing any part of the Platform whilst logged into an Account.
2.3 pkesy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must close their Account prior to the amendment's effective date.

3.1 Age Requirement. The pkesy Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. It is a serious criminal offence in many jurisdictions for any person under the age of 21 to engage in real-money gambling. pkesy employs mandatory age verification procedures and will suspend any Account where the Player's age cannot be confirmed.
3.2 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) pkesy Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
3.3 Registration Accuracy. Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact information. Any intentional misrepresentation of personal information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
3.4 KYC Verification. pkesy reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, utility bill, or bank statement — at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawals.
Providing false identity information during registration or KYC is a serious offence. pkesy will report suspected identity fraud to relevant authorities and will withhold all Account funds pending investigation.
4.1 Login Credentials. Players are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials including username and password. pkesy will never request your password via any communication channel. Any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player's credentials were shared or compromised through the Player's own actions are the Player's sole responsibility.
4.2 Account Activity. All Wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions conducted through an Account using valid credentials are deemed to have been authorised by the registered Account holder. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pkesy's support team immediately via live chat or the support email address.
4.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. pkesy may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 against the Account's Real Money Balance once dormant status is confirmed. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting pkesy's support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
pkesy accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Payment page at the time of deposit. All deposits are credited to the Account in PKR. pkesy does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges for which pkesy accepts no liability.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the Player's KYC verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. pkesy targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available through pkesy are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unconverted bonus funds and associated winnings will expire upon the end of the validity period.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. pkesy employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (low-variance wagering abuse); and coordinated wagering with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may be permanently closed.
6.4 pkesy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any legitimate bonus already credited to an Account and in active use will be honoured to its stated expiry.
7.1 All casino games available on the pkesy platform operate according to their published game rules. In the event of any technical malfunction or error during a game round, pkesy reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
7.2 Sports betting markets and odds are offered at pkesy's discretion. pkesy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any betting market at any time without notice. Bets placed before a market suspension is confirmed will generally stand; bets placed after suspension will be voided.
7.3 Obvious Errors. In the event that a bet is placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — including but not limited to software pricing errors resulting in odds materially inconsistent with fair market value — pkesy reserves the right to void such bets regardless of whether they have already been settled. Void bets will result in the staked amount being returned to the Player's Account.
7.4 Maximum win limits may apply per single game round or per day across all games. Current maximum win limits are displayed within the relevant game's information panel and on the Payment page.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkesy platform and constitute material breach of these Terms:
9.1 All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the pkesy platform are the exclusive property of pkesy or its licensed third-party suppliers. No Player acquires any ownership rights or licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkesy intellectual property by virtue of holding an Account or using the Platform.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkesy platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon Account closure or suspension.
10.1 pkesy provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkesy excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
10.2 pkesy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from: (a) any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services; (b) any loss of data or Account information; (c) any unauthorised access to a Player's Account arising from the Player's own failure to maintain credential security; or (d) any technical fault, server failure, or connectivity issue beyond pkesy's reasonable control.
10.3 pkesy's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the Player's total Real Money Deposits made in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in this clause limits pkesy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
11.1 pkesy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, Players also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 pkesy will not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data may be shared with: (a) payment processors for transaction fulfilment; (b) KYC and identity verification service providers; (c) regulatory authorities where required by applicable law; and (d) fraud prevention and anti-money laundering service providers.
11.3 Players may request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of their data (subject to regulatory retention requirements) by contacting pkesy's support team. Please review the full Privacy Policy for complete details of data subject rights.
12.1 pkesy is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible from within every Account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
12.2 21+ Strict Enforcement. pkesy strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account closed immediately. Any winnings accumulated by an under-age player will be forfeited. Any deposits made by an under-age player will be returned to the original payment source.
12.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request permanent self-exclusion via pkesy's support team. Permanent self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of a confirmed request. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irreversible. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating new Accounts are a breach of these Terms.
12.4 Players who feel their gambling may be becoming harmful are strongly encouraged to use pkesy's responsible gaming tools and to seek support from professional organisations. pkesy's full Responsible Gaming resources are available at the Responsible Gaming page.
13.1 pkesy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where pkesy has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, pkesy may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or money laundering, all funds associated with the Account may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
13.3 Where an Account is suspended or closed without cause on pkesy's initiative (i.e., not as a result of Player breach), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player within a reasonable time by the Player's registered payment method, following completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
14.1 pkesy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to Players via email to the registered Account address and/or by prominent in-platform notification no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or urgent security considerations.
14.2 It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current effective version of these Terms is always accessible at pkesy.org/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent version.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkesy holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, Players submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform.
15.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute, Players must first raise the matter with pkesy's customer support team via live chat or the registered support email address. pkesy commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive resolution response within 14 calendar days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, Players may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority overseeing pkesy's gaming licence.
15.3 Any legal proceedings commenced against pkesy must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the Player became aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the circumstances giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this period are time-barred.
